Taking place about 20 miles outside of Austin in Dripping Springs, TX, "From the Hills with Love" was envisioned as a way for artists and fans to escape from the typical concert and festival experience and form a sense of community. Now in its fifth year, the event brings together like-minded people for a fun and peaceful day of great music and conversation.
The beautiful location in the Texas Hill Country is also home to musician Israel Nash and his studio Plum Creek Sound. The event will feature a main outdoor stage with band performances, an indoor stage with intimate sets, onsite parking, a "Kids Canyon" play area, family activities, and plenty of food and beverage options.
"The vibe out here is pure love," says Israel Nash, describing how the event has grown into a yearly favorite for both fans and artists. "People are just happy, with smiles ear to ear. It’s meant to be a shared experience and you feel, see and hear that everywhere. Music is this powerful glue that connects people and forms a community. And in this outdoor setting, our natural home, it's truly surreal."
