Treaty Oak Distilling

"Remember, kid, there's heroes and there's legends. Heroes get remembered, but legends never die."

On Sunday, October 20th, Alamo Drafthouse, Rolling Roadshow, and the Austin Food & Wine Alliance are proud to present a once-in-a-lifetime cast reunion and outdoor screening of the 1993 cult classic THE SANDLOT, with Tom Guiry (Smalls), Patrick Renna (Ham), and Chauncey Leopardi (Squints) scheduled to attend. This special Movie Party screening at Treaty Oak Distilling in Dripping Springs, TX will feature pre-show shenanigans with the cast, limited edition merch, and a pre-screening Q&A with the cast.

Treaty Oak Distilling will have SANDLOT-themed food and beverage menus including homemade cracker jacks, stadium nachos, hotdogs, hamburgers, s’mores pudding, Big League Chew, peanuts, sno cones, and peach cream soda.

About THE SANDLOT
It’s the summer of 1962 and brainy fifth grader Scotty Smalls is desperately trying to make new friends after his family relocates to a San Fernando Valley neighborhood. Smalls hooks up with a group of kids who’re looking for a ninth player in their sandlot baseball team.

The only problem? He’s terrible at baseball.

The gang’s adventures bring them into contact with an intimidating presence known as "The Beast”, an iconic piece of baseball memorabilia, and the intimidating and iconic presence of James Earl Jones. Heartwarming, hilarious, and completely quotable – THE SANDLOT is a love letter to the American pastime and to the friendships you make as a child that last your whole life.
